Continue reading below about accessibility during the NATO summit.

Public transport
Please refer to the 9292 website for current travel directions using the tram or the bus.
Or use your Google for real-time information.

By car
Coming from Nieuwe Parklaan, Badhuisweg or Zwolsestraat: follow Gevers Deynootweg from the Kurhaus in a southerly direction. After 300 meters Harteveltstraat is on your right. As parking near the museum is very limited and possible for a maximum of 60 minutes, we kindly advise you to park in one of the parking garages in the vicinity of the museum, for instance Parkeerplaats - APCOA Parking.

Therefore, in May and June road users in the Randstad may experience inconvenience. Will you be visiting museum Beelden aan Zee during this period? The municipality advises travelers to travel via the outskirts of the city from Sunday, June 22 to Thursday, June 26 instead of through the city, not to travel during rush hours and to use bicycles or public transportation if possible.

  • From Wassenaar, take the route via the N44 (Rijksstraatweg), N440 (Landscheidingsweg), Van Alkemadelaan, Zwolsestraat, Gevers Deynootweg, Jurriaan Kokstraat, Prins Willemstraat, Duinstraat, Westduinweg.
  • From Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam, take the route via highway A12 towards Den Haag, exit 1 towards S101 (Zuid Hollandlaan), S100 (Koningskade), S102 (Raamweg, Pelsmanweg), S200 (Hubertusviaduct, Professor B.M. Teldersweg).

We advise you to follow Rijkswaterstaat's advice as best you can and leave home well prepared.  Plan your trip in advance via the website www.vananaarbeter.nl.
