Visit museum Beelden aan Zee in historic seaside resort, Scheveningen, and discover the remarkable architecture, take in the extensive collection and comprehensive exhibits, shop for exclusive gifts, and enjoy refreshments at our uniquely positioned patio.​ 

Opening hours

Monday: closed
Tuesday - Sunday: 10 am - 5 pm

ATTENTION: The museum is closed from monday 4 till thursday 7 March & from monday 11 till friday 15 march. We are busy changing the exhibitions, but you are welcome to visit for half the price! 

Public Holidays

We are open on mondays during national school holidays.

Between exhibitions the museum might be (partially) closed. Advanced notice will be posted on this website. 

Admission Fees

In order to promote sustainability and safety Museum Beelden aan Zee has a CARDS ONLY policy. Cash will no longer be accepted.

During the exhibition Zadkine by the Sea, there is an additional charge of €2,50.

Or use your Google Transit for real time information. 

By car
Coming from Nieuwe Parklaan, Badhuisweg or Zwolsestraat: follow Gevers Deynootweg from the Kurhaus in a southerly direction. After 300 meters Harteveltstraat is on your right. As parking near the museum is discouraged we kindly advise you to park in BKS Parking Nieuwe Parklaan.
