Guided tours may be organized with your own guide. As a result of a large number of external guided tours hindering our own well trained and enthusiastic guides and their groups, there are some regulations.
Hence the following rules:
Museum guided tours will always be prioritized.
Should a museum guided tour be held at the same time, you may be asked to start in a different room.
Please alert us to groups larger than 10 people (maximum 20 people per group) two weeks in advance.
External guided tours can only be held at 10 am and from 3:30 pm. onwards. The cost of private tours starting after 10 am and before 3:30 pm is € 60 in addition to the entrance fee.
Please respect our maximum of one tour at a time, lasting a maximum of 60 minutes.
Please do not speak too loudly, so as not to hinder the other visitors.
If your guided tour is unexpectedly canceled, please inform us by calling 070 3585857 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
