Group Tours

For small groups, we can arrange private tours (maximum 15 people). With special adjustments, the Beelden aan Zee museum ensures a safe and pleasant visit, where everyone has space. 

Tours cover the collection and current exhibitions, but at your request, a story can be tailored to one or more specific topics. For groups larger than 15 people, multiple guides will be engaged.
Standard language: Dutch. Upon request, it is also possible to conduct the tour in English or German.

• Duration: 60 minutes
• Price: 90 euros per group of up to 15 people, excluding entrance
• Times: 11:00, 14:00, and 15:30.
• Reservation: request a tour
• Reserve three weeks in advance.

Flash Tour

Every day* at 14:00 there is a free flash tour with information about the exhibitions. Visitors can register for this at the ticket office.

• Duration: 30 minutes
• Maximum 10 people
• Reservation is not possible

*Provided a guide is available.

Tours for People with Alzheimer's Disease or Other Forms of Dementia

The Beelden aan Zee museum offers tours for people with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia and their caregivers.

• Dates: Groups on Mondays by request / individual visits are also possible on other days
• Time: 11:00 - 12:30 / other times by appointment
• Cost: € 90 for a group of up to 12 people (including entrance). Museum card is not valid in combination with this tour.
• Group: maximum 12 people (including guidance)

Tours for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Every second Saturday of the month, special tours are given for people with visual impairments. These tours are also possible on an individual basis.

• Price: €7.50 per person excluding entrance, including coffee or tea
• Reception with coffee or tea: 11:00
• Start of tour: 11:30
• End of tour: around 12:45
• Registration:
  • Email or call the Beelden aan Zee museum via info@beeldenaanzee.nl, stating on which day you would like to join, with how many people you will come, and on which phone number you can be reached if necessary. Please arrange for a guide yourself if needed.
  • Registration preferably two weeks in advance.

Without guidance, only the sculptures on the rear terraces may be touched.

Tours with Your Own Guide

It has been allowed until now in the Beelden aan Zee museum to conduct your own tours. However, the influx has become so large that our own – very well-trained and enthusiastic – guides and their groups are experiencing inconvenience. Hence the following house rules:

• Own tours in the Beelden aan Zee museum always have priority.
• Groups larger than 5 people (with a maximum of 15 people) must be registered at least two weeks in advance.
• Preferred start times are at 10:00 in the morning and at 15:30 in the afternoon. Costs for guiding with your own guide €100, excluding entrance, regardless of the time.
• Maximum one tour at a time, lasting a maximum of one hour.
• Please consider other visitors by not speaking too loudly.
• If your tour starts simultaneously with a museum tour, you may be asked to start in another room.
• If your tour cannot proceed, please cancel via info@beeldenaanzee.nl
