Museum Beelden aan Zee presents the international group exhibition If not now, when? Max Vorst Collection with a selection of over seventy sculptures and installations from the collection of art collector Max Vorst. The exhibition provides an impressive overview of the developments in contemporary sculpture in the twenty-first century and showcases the diversity, originality, and high quality of one of the most important private art collections in the Netherlands. Never before has there been a retrospective exhibition of Max Vorst's collection in a museum.

The exhibition features work by leading national and international artists including Lynda Benglis, Sarah Lucas, Donald Judd, Phyllida Barlow, Roni Horn, Isa Genzken, Roger Hiorns, Pamela Rosenkranz, Rosemarie Trockel, Sarah Lucas, Huma Bhaba, George Condo, Paul McCarthy, Ugo Rondinone, Tracey Emin, Antony Gormley, Jenny Holzer, Steve McQueen, Thomas Houseago, Kara Walker, and Mark Manders.
