Amsterdam based artist Nicolas Dings (1953) created, especially for the 'Sculpture Cabinet' in Museum Beelden aan Zee, the installation Ghost Riders.
Ghost Riders is based on the 'Wunderkammer' phenomenon or cabinet of curios, as they emerged in the mid 16th century. Ghost Riders consists of a series of ceramic, bronze and damask scenes that take you on a wild ride through the Dutch national history.
